Mid Level Client Leader(10 Years of Experience)
You will oversee and be accountable for the successful sourcing and delivery of all client engagements and projects for the service line following our client expectations and dentsu revenue and profit plans.
Accountable for the solutions provided by the service line to each client, liaising between our client project team and the service line to ensure we are building and delivering the most appropriate and progressive solutions for our clients.
• Ensuring that each of the engagements are optimized to Meet the anticipated revenue and profit plan,
specifically gross margin for the services through Improve the resource pyramid, use and use off-shoring.
• Ensure that project teams implement, principles and methodologies
around delivery excellence.
• Work with resource managers to understand and build a resource pipeline based on current and anticipated work with
a suitable resource mix
• Review, monitor and address any gaps or improvements in capability across the service delivery talent pool
• Accountable for the appropriate allocation of team resources to improve delivery across the range of client engagements
