Things we look for:
• A portfolio/showreel containing a variety of animation techniques
• Knowledge and proficiency in industry standard software including; Maya, Motionbuilder etc.
• Knowledge and exposure to AAA Development pipelines and the nuances of implementing animations into a game.
• A solid understanding of key-frame and mocap animation
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
