As an HRIS / HCM Consultant, you will work on implementation projects with our clients on different ATSs such as Taleo, SmartRecruiters, ICIMS, Digital Recruiters:
- Participate in the development of specifications and the implementation schedule
- Prepare and lead project committees and ensure the implementation of decided actions
- Identify risks and play an alert role
- Support end users in the face of technical changes, through the design of training materials and workshops
- Lead and coordinate the activity of project team members, providing regular feedback
